Father Figure

For starters, I LOVE this scent.

My husband learned of PHLUR last year, so we tried the sample pack and fell in love with the brand.

Since then, I always get him a new bottle of Father Figure whenever he runs out, so I was super stoked to see they started offering a larger size, so for Christmas I ordered the larger size.

Today, upon finally opening and using it, my husband asked me if I could smell alcohol, so I took a whiff of the bottle and it smelled almost entirely like alcohol, and very little of the actual scent.

I’m unsure if the formula had changed, but the original sized Father Figure smelled way better than the 100mL bottle.

He also had to reapply much more from the larger bottle because of the alcohol smell and the fact that very little of the actual scent seems to be contained in the 100mL bottle.

Although he was quite disappointed, we still love this brand.

I’m hoping the formula doesn’t change whereas I will continue to keep ordering the small bottle as opposed to the big one.

I purchased a travel size of Father Figure several months ago and had to force myself to wear my other fragrances. It’s a beautiful unisex woody fig that is very addictive to me. I had my husband buy me a full size for Christmas and I was so sad to see it had leaked quite a bit in the box. Phlur’s customer support was quick and friendly with compensating for an unfortunate incident. I will for sure be purchasing from this company again. Honest with great fragrance!

My 2nd favorite scent from PHLUR! Alot of compliments.

I love father figure, it smells so fresh and powdery and it lasts on your clothes. As I mentioned before please make a body lotion or body oil of this and cherry stem. I would love a body oil in all of them. Because they smell so heavenly. Thank you.

Father Figure is my go to base scent- it can be worn all by itself or mixed with so many other Phlur scents. I get so many compliments!
