Great customer service
I purchased travel size Vanilla Skin from Sephora several months ago, but the sprayer stopped working. I emailed Phlur to ask how they might help. They asked me to send a video of the sprayer not working, which I did; about a week later, a new sprayer arrived. I really appreciated the customer service!

I was having issues with the pump for my spray. I emailed customer service, and they shipped out a new one free of charge. Shipping was fast and quick. Great customer service!
